      Cryogen free variable temperature superconducting magnet system

      Cryogen free variable temperature superconducting magnet system (registered trademark: CryoM?) only uses a 4K pulse tube cooler or GM cooler to cool the superconducting magnet and variable temperature insert. It has the characteristics of simple operation, low operation cost, and strong functional scalability, making it an ideal low-temperature strong magnetic field experimental platform for scientific research users. The enhanced anti blocking design does not require an external liquid nitrogen cold trap and can work continuously for more than six months.

      Standard CryoM integrated 9T solenoid superconducting magnet has an inner diameter of 50mm and operates in a static helium environment with a temperature range of 1.5K-400K. It comes standard with a four quadrant bipolar superconducting power supply, a four channel high-precision temperature controller, and an eight channel temperature montor. The patented cold head suspension damping and self-constant pressure circulation loop make vibration smaller, cooling faster, and temperature stability better. The standard sample rod integrates multipin feedthrough, 16 pin puck sample holder, cryogenic twisted pair wires and low magnetic resistance calibration temperature sensor (calibration range: 1K-325K). Optional 12T/14T/16T solenoid superconducting magnets, 7T split coils superconducting magnets with optical windows, vector superconducting magnets (9T/2T/2T), NMR high uniformity magnets, etc.

      CryoM offers a variety of options, such as single/dual axis rotation rods, optical sample rods, He-3 inserts/dilution refrigerator inserts, magnetic susceptibility inserts, lower temperatures (≤ 1.3K), low vibration assembly (such as cold head suspension, shock absorption sandboxes, etc.), etc.

      In addition, Low-temperature high magnetic field physical property testing system (TKMS) based on variable temperature superconducting magnet system (CryoM), which integrates functions such as electromagnetic transport, Hall testing, magnetic susceptibility and multiple sample testing modules, allowing for simultaneous testing of multiple samples.

      Typical Low Temperature Strong Magnetic Field Physical Property Testing System (TKMS)

      The He-3 insert can match with a top-loading 1.5K refrigerator (Acryo-1.5K) and cryogen free variable temperature superconducting magnet (CryoM), with a built-in low-temperature adsorption pump and sealed He-3 gas loop. It operates in single shot mode, with a base temperature of ≤ 270mK and holding time of ≥ 60 hours without extra heat load and a cooling capacity of ≥ 100uW at 350mK. The standard He-3 insert sample environment is vacuum, with the option of He-3 exchange gas and longer holding time.
